Looks like The American Music Awards has a lot in store for us this year! According to Courtesy Dick Clark Productions, Green Day and Twenty One Pilots will both perform at this year’s show.
They first confirmed Sting, Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga as performers. Now, Green Day and Twenty One Pilots join the line up, and we’re still weeks away from the show!

Green Day, a three-time AMA winner, will return to the stage for the first time since 2009. Meanwhile, Twenty One Pilots will be making their very first AMA debut. They are also up for three awards: Favorite Pop/Rock Duo or Group, where they’ll compete against DNCE and The Chainsmokers, Artist of the Year and Favorite Alternative Rock Artist.

The American Music Awards will air live from the Microsoft Theater in L.A. at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
